I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in dance classes and related activities offered by Blue13 Dance Company ("Company"). I understand that these activities involve physical exertion, and I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent in such activities, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, and collisions with other participants or objects.
I hereby assume all risks and hazards associated with my participation in Company dance classes and activities. I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue13 Dance Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Company's dance classes and activities, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property.
I acknowledge that Blue13 Dance Company has taken reasonable measures to ensure the safety of its participants, including but not limited to providing a safe and secure environment and properly trained instructors. I understand that I have the right to ask questions and seek clarification about the risks and hazards associated with Company dance classes and activities.
By registering, I certify that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its terms. I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
